Chop the stuffing. Chop the fat and lean pork together into small pieces, add chopped green onion, shiitake mushrooms, salt, and white sugar in appropriate amounts and stir.

Put stuffing. Wash the water tofu, first cut it into squares, then cut it into right-angled equilateral triangles along the diagonal sides. Use a knife to cut a notch on the long side of the tofu and stuff the stuffing inside (water tofu is easy to break, so be careful not to stuff too much).

Fry over slow heat. Put the oil in the pan and fry slowly over low heat. When you shake the pan with your hand, the tofu will move on the bottom of the pan, indicating that you can turn it over (if you want it to be cooked more, you can measure the time) and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Fried tomatoes. Stir-fry the tomatoes and garlic prepared in advance, add water and cook the tomatoes until they are cooked.

Add the stuffed tofu into the tomato soup, and finally add water until the stuffed tofu is almost covered. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and sugar, then put the lid on the pot and simmer.

Simmer until the water level is reduced by half, add green peppers and chopped green onions and continue to simmer for a while.
