Cooking plain-cut chicken without water
Overview
Everyone knows that enamel pot is the king of pots. It's very delicate, expensive and awesome. In the past, when I used an open fire to make enamel pots, I had to be careful and watch them all the time. Nowadays, using smart control to avoid open flames, the whole person is relaxed. As long as the pot is properly maintained, you can eat authentic dishes. Today I used it to make a boiled chicken cooked without water. It is really tender and delicious.

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the chicken and marinate half of the chicken with cooking wine, fine salt and garlic.

Then put the marinated chicken on the green onions.
