  2. Cut green onions into three 5-6cm sections and four slices of ginger.

  3. Wash the pig's trotters and soak them in water for 2-3 hours. After skimming off the water, put the pig's trotters into the pot, pour in water (it is better to cover the pig's trotters), bring to a boil over high heat and continue to cook for five minutes, skim off the foam, turn off the heat, and take out the pig's trotters.
