Shrimp and Bacon Ranch Pizza
Overview
I have made pizza twice since I learned how to bake. The previous time the pizza was too wet and not fragrant because the vegetables had too much water, so I haven’t made it for a long time. I just happened to get a baking book by Yuanzhuzhu on Weibo a while ago, and I really wanted to make it all over again. This time I followed the instructions in the book, with some slight changes to the ingredients, and baked the fillings in advance to dry out the moisture. It was very successful, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and delicious. The 9-inch pizza is too small for three people to eat.
