Add the seasonings and appropriate amount of water to the meat filling, stir in one direction, then mince the onions and ginger and mix into the meat filling.

Blanch a small part of the flour with hot water at about 60 degrees, and use boiled water for the rest. Finally, mix the two pieces of flour together and let them rest for half an hour.

Take a piece of rested dough and roll it into a large piece and coat it with 3/4 of the meat filling.

Cut the part that is not filled with meat filling and fold it up.
