Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice

Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice

Overview

Personally, I think pineapple is a magical and beautiful fruit. It's tough and angular on the outside, but it's really sour and rich on the inside. Some people claim that it is a fruit that can improve people's memory, but I don't know if this is true. It happens to be the best season for pineapples, so I always want to try more. It has a bit of Thai-style sweet and sour taste, and it goes very well with refreshing white wine.
