Famous Northeastern dish - Demoli fish stew
Overview
The word Demoli is the transliteration of Manchu ferry. The origin of this dish is Demoli Village (Yihantong, the transliteration of Manchu Lao Niu Dao), Hantong Township, Fangzheng County, a suburb of Harbin, with a history of more than 100 years. The last time I watched Master Li Tiegang make it on CCTV's "Daily Food", I couldn't forget it. I've always wanted to make it. Today I bought some river bream to make this dish. It's really delicious.
