Whole Wheat Potato Pancakes
Overview
I have always loved eating potatoes. When I get tired of eating shredded potatoes and roasting pork with potatoes, I make whole wheat potato pancakes. It's a good choice as a staple food or as a snack.

Wash the potatoes, steam them, peel them and crush them into puree. Set aside

Add black pepper, custard powder and salt to the mashed potatoes to taste

Shred the carrots, dice the bacon, and chop the green onions. Add salt and stir-fry until cooked.

Pour the fried ingredients into the mashed potatoes and stir evenly

Sift the whole wheat flour into the mashed potatoes and stir evenly

Shape the mashed potatoes into small pancakes, then add them to a non-stick pan and fry over low heat.
