The ratio of starch to water is ~1:2

Mix the starch and water and stir well!

Put a pot of water in it, about three bowls of water, and bring it to a boil!

Then pour in the starch water and stir while pouring in. Stir until it becomes a paste and immediately turn off the heat!

Then pour it into a crisper, let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator!

Take out the jelly and place it upside down on the chopping board!

Then cut into strips!

Wash and shred the cucumber!

Then spread it on top of the jelly!

Mix chopped garlic, light soy sauce, white vinegar, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken essence, and sesame oil and pour it on the jelly, and finally pour the chili oil on top and that’s it!
