Cut the lean meat into cubes, mince the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

The dried kelp I used was soaked overnight, so you don’t need to use water. The fresh kelp bought outside is too hard and needs to be boiled for a while. The sweet potato starch or other powder is soaked until soft.

Sauté the onions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, add some peppercorns, stir-fry the diced meat, and add a little soy sauce. I like spicy food, so I add a little Pixian bean paste. If you don’t like spicy food, don’t add it. Add some sugar and stir-fry together.
