Mini pizza
Overview
A six-inch baking pan makes two small pizzas, which is just enough for my son. Moreover, such cute little pizzas are easy to eat. It’s actually best to make pizza. Whether it’s high-gluten flour or medium-gluten flour, just make the dough and spread the toppings, and you can enjoy the deliciousness!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put all the bread ingredients except butter into the basin
-
After kneading into a smooth dough, add butter and continue kneading
-
After the dough becomes smoother and moister, you can round the dough, place it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, and perform basic fermentation
-
When the dough is about to ferment, dice the ham sausage, cut the onions into strips, cut the carrots into cubes or use a carving die to carve out patterns
-
When the dough has doubled in size, poke a hole in the top of the dough with your finger. If it does not collapse or shrink, the fermentation is successful
-
Take out the dough and place it on the kneading mat, deflate the dough and knead it into a round shape, weigh it and divide it into two equal parts, and let it rest for 10 minutes
-
Roll the dough into a round cake about the same diameter as the baking pan; at this time, start preheating the oven to 200 degrees
-
Place the dough into the baking pan and prick the top evenly with a fork to facilitate ventilation during the baking process
-
Spread a layer of tomato sauce
-
Layer the ham sausage, onion strips, and carrot pieces in sequence, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese shreds in the gaps; leave half of the cheese shreds for later use
-
Place the baking sheet and dough into the middle rack of the preheated oven at 200 degrees, with upper and lower heat, and bake for 10 minutes
-
After 10 minutes, take out the baking sheet, spread the remaining mozzarella cheese evenly on the pizza, then return it to the oven and continue baking for about 10 minutes, until the cheese on the surface is melted and slightly browned
