Short ribs and potato soup
Overview
Short ribs and potato soup is one of my favorite soups. It is simple to make and the ingredients are easily available. Short ribs stewed with potatoes is the perfect combination in my opinion. There is no need to add a little bit of MSG at all, and it can be so delicious. When the soup is boiling, the aroma fills the house, and the meat has a strong aroma. After the potatoes are cooked, they also absorb the perfect meat flavor and become more delicious.
