Chicken wings are my daughter's favorite food. She never gets tired of eating them. Last night at dinner, she complained that she hadn't eaten chicken wings in a long time, so I made fried chicken wings at her request.

Clean the chicken wings and score them twice on both sides for easy flavoring. Smash the garlic and slice the ginger.
