Every year when I go back to my husband’s house for the Chinese New Year, there is one dish that I have to say is a reserved dish, and that is the deboned meat. Pork bones are boiled with firewood in a large pot in rural areas (there is a lot of pork bones in rural areas), boiled, cut into small pieces, and dipped in garlic sauce.
