Ingredients: beef ribs (blanched), cauliflower (washed), vermicelli, scallions, curry cubes

Place the blanched beef ribs into the pressure cooker.

Then, add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes and then turn off the heat.

Simmer until there is no air and then open the lid.
