Wash cucumbers

First cut into sections of about 4 cm, then divide the section into 4 parts

Prepare chili, ginger and garlic

Put the chopped ingredients into the cucumber bowl

Add appropriate amount of salt

Add a small bowl of light soy sauce, half the size of a normal large bowl

Add 5 tablespoons of dark soy sauce

Add 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

Mix well

Add an appropriate amount of Sichuan peppercorns. I don’t have any Sichuan peppercorns at home, so I put some of Huang Feihong’s spicy peanuts
