A bite of crispy cake
Overview
The crispy cake is a very delicious snack made with a creative recipe after making a coarse-grain biscuit a few days ago. Millet flour is added as an auxiliary ingredient in the recipe. The finished product truly melts in the mouth, is crispy and pleasant, and does not lose the taste and texture of takeout. You can't stop.

Naturally melted lard (cooked by myself the day before yesterday).

Beat the eggs evenly, add the sugar to the lard all at once and beat.

Today's recipe is random, in addition to low-gluten flour, 50g of millet flour is added.

Mix low-gluten flour, millet flour, baking powder, and baking soda powder until evenly mixed.

Sift into the batter twice and mix well (do not stir vigorously).

Add remaining powder.

Mix until a uniform dough forms and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Take out the dough and press it evenly with your hands.

Then use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin and even shape, then find a mold to cut out the pattern (optional)

Gently remove the scraps, then use a knife to take it out from one side and place it on the baking sheet (because the dough is soft).

Then use English letters to print (i.e. biscuits) on the biscuits.

(I forgot to take a photo of the bake) Preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, bake at 160 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes, and bake at 130 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes (observe the color changes in the oven and adjust the temperature). Take one bite of the cake and take it out of the oven (wait for it to cool slightly before taking it out, otherwise the crumbs will fall off when touched).

The crunchy crispy cake lives up to its name and melts in your mouth. It has a pleasant fragrance. After eating one piece, I wanted to eat the second piece. I ate three pieces in a row.
