Potatoes, carrots, spinach

Shred potatoes and carrots, cut spinach into sections

Blanch the shredded carrots in a pot. Follow the same steps for potatoes and spinach.

Soak the blanched carrot shreds in cold water. Follow the same steps for potatoes and spinach
