Garlic braised fish
Overview
This kind of fish lives on the bottom of the sea. It has a flat head and a flat body that gradually becomes tapering, like the braid on the back of people's heads in the Qing Dynasty, hence the name braid fish. Its meat is firm, garlic-shaped, and has almost no thorns, making it very suitable for children to eat.
