Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies
Overview
Chinese people always like to seek good luck during the New Year and festivals, and they are particularly fond of red things. The first thing they say when meeting someone is wishing them good luck and bringing them red envelopes, which shows how much Chinese people have a special liking for the color red. Today, I’m giving this red velvet chocolate chip cookie to everyone, wishing my friends a prosperous new year, good luck, and lots of red envelopes!
