Steamed baby abalone
Overview
Abalone is a delicacy of seafood and expensive. My little abalone is different from the other abalone, and the price difference is thousands of miles. A few yuan a piece is really close to the people, and we can still afford it. Eating steamed seafood should be the most authentic. The steamed baby abalone has tender and smooth meat, a chewy texture and extremely delicious taste. One bite really feels like too little to be satisfied. If you want to eat to be satisfied, it would be considered a small luxury.

Prepare materials

The internal organs have been removed. Use a toothbrush to clean the inside and outside, and then scald them with boiling water

Score the small abalone a few times and put it into a plate

Put it in the steam oven and steam for 5 minutes

Heat oil in a small pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, add some soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well

Pour it over the steamed abalone while it's still hot; sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili pepper to garnish
