Prepare and wash the ingredients you want to use.

Slice the meat into a small bowl first (we trim off some fat on the meat), slice the king oyster mushrooms, slice the garlic cloves, slice the ginger, cut the green and red peppers with a hob, and cut the green onions into small pieces.

Put oil in the pot and put the little fat meat that you just removed into the pot to boil.

After the fat is boiled out, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the meat slices and stir-fry until cooked.

Then add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for two minutes.
