Overview
Scrambled eggs with tomatoes is an extremely common home-cooked dish. It was the first time I learned to make this dish. As someone who doesn’t like meat, eggs are my favorite, so I often use eggs to make dishes and never get tired of eating them.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and soak the fungus
