  1. Boil eggs or duck eggs in their shells in boiling water, let cool and then remove the shells and set aside. Scrape the pork skin and pork belly with the back of a knife, then chop them into small pieces.

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of lard in a wok, add chopped pork and stir-fry briefly, then add fried green onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add soy sauce, cooking wine, white pepper and five-spice powder and stir-fry.

  3. Pour the fried minced meat into the inner pot of the rice cooker, add rock sugar, and add an appropriate amount of water. Just enough water to cover the minced meat.

  4. Add the shelled eggs. Put the inner pot into the rice cooker and press the cooking button. After the rice cooker completes the cooking function, simmer for another 10 minutes.
