  2. Blanch the squid in a pot, add cooking wine and green onions to remove the fishy smell.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add pickled peppers, ginger, green onions, Sichuan peppercorns, bean paste, etc. in sequence. Stir-fry until fragrant, add the blanched squid and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add onions and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Add Sichuan pepper powder, cumin powder, salt, and MSG to taste, and serve.
