  1. Rinse the millet and oats, add 400g of water and soak for half an hour.

  2. Bring the soaked millet and oats to a boil, then turn down the heat and simmer for about three minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes until cooked.

  3. Wash the spinach, blanch it in a pot of boiling water, remove and drain, and set aside about 150g.

  4. Add cooked millet oats, blanched spinach, cooked walnuts, and milk to a blender and mix until smooth and without residue.

  5. Add butter to the pot and melt it, pour in the whipped spinach and millet soup and bring to a boil over low heat (stir while cooking to prevent the bottom from simmering) and add salt and white pepper.

  6. You can add a little whipped cream to add flavor and color when eating.
