Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces, soak them in clean water for more than three hours to remove the blood, and change the water several times in between. Remove and drain.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, a little salt and starch, mix well and marinate for more than half an hour.

Chop onions, ginger and garlic, and chop green and red peppers into small cubes.

Pour oil into the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute over low heat until fragrant.

Add tempeh and continue to stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add green and red pepper and stir-fry for a while.

Pour over the marinated pork ribs and steam in a steamer over high heat for about 30 minutes.

Remove from pan and serve.
