Meat Pie
Overview
I had some meat filling left over from making dumplings, so I was too lazy to make any more dumplings, so I thought I'd just make pancakes, which turned out to be quite popular.

First chop the green onions.

Sprinkle some thin flour on the cutting board and roll the dough into a sheet, about 1cm.

Spread the meat filling evenly on the dough sheet with a spoon.

Sprinkle some minced sesame seeds on the meat filling (you can omit this, I just sprinkled it on because I had leftover ingredients from making snacks).

Sprinkle minced green onions on top of the minced meat;

Roll the pastry into a strip from one direction;

Divide into appropriate sized portions.

Hold both ends of the glue with both hands, twist it into a twist, and press it.

Use a rolling pin to roll it into a cake shape, about 1cm thick. (I used a baking pan, not too thick)

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pan and fry the pancake until cooked.
