Meat Pie

Overview

I had some meat filling left over from making dumplings, so I was too lazy to make any more dumplings, so I thought I'd just make pancakes, which turned out to be quite popular.

Steps

  1. First chop the green onions.

  2. Sprinkle some thin flour on the cutting board and roll the dough into a sheet, about 1cm.

  3. Spread the meat filling evenly on the dough sheet with a spoon.

  4. Sprinkle some minced sesame seeds on the meat filling (you can omit this, I just sprinkled it on because I had leftover ingredients from making snacks).

  5. Sprinkle minced green onions on top of the minced meat;

  6. Roll the pastry into a strip from one direction;

  7. Divide into appropriate sized portions.

  8. Hold both ends of the glue with both hands, twist it into a twist, and press it.

  9. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a cake shape, about 1cm thick. (I used a baking pan, not too thick)

  10. Put appropriate amount of oil in the pan and fry the pancake until cooked.
