Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the peppers with a diagonal knife, cut the garlic into rice grains, and slice the tenderloin (it will be easier to slice after freezing for a while). Add in a very fresh flavor, mix well, and marinate for a few minutes,
-
Heat the dry pot
-
Add the Hangzhou pepper and stir-fry for a few times,
-
Add salt (this dish is spicy and has a stronger taste. I am used to putting all the salt needed for the whole dish on the peppers), stir-fry until the spicy aroma is obvious, and the peppers are a bit soft,
-
Move the pepper to one side and pour cooking oil into the other side (you need more oil than usual for cooking),
-
Change to high heat (we used low heat before) and fry the garlic until fragrant;
-
Add in the tenderloin slices that are very freshly marinated and stir-fry until they change color
-
Stir-fry all the ingredients in the pot together, pour into half a small rice bowl and bring to a boil. Turn it on once or twice and stir-fry on one side. Pour in a little mushroom and dark soy sauce (remember not to pour too much, color, aroma and taste come first), turn off the heat and stir well.
