Overview
Hand cake is one of the traditional pastas in Northeast China. It is crispy on the outside, golden in color, soft and multi-layered on the inside, and has a crispy and fragrant taste.

Then add cold water and knead into a dough, let it sit for 20 minutes

Put some flour in a small bowl in advance, pour the hot oil into the bowl and stir, add an appropriate amount of salt and allspice, mix well, and let cool. Make a thin ghee.

Let it rest for a while, flatten it gently, and roll it into a cake. When the pan is 60% hot, brush with oil, put it into the pan with the front side facing down, and fry it. Flip it twice until it becomes golden brown.
