Wontons
Overview
When I got off work in the afternoon, the girl called me and told me that she wanted to eat wontons tomorrow morning. Well, I hurried to the market and bought wonton wrappers. I always have lean meat, mushrooms, carrots, seaweed, and dried shrimps at home. After dinner in the evening, I washed the dishes and started making wonton fillings and buns.

Steps
-
How to clean mushrooms and carrots, how to mince them, I didn’t take any pictures. It's too late, I have to go to bed early. As shown in the picture, these are the shiitake mushrooms and carrots I chopped into pieces. I squeezed out the water and put them in a bowl.
-
Put the minced meat into a bowl, sprinkle with a little salt, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, white pepper, and 1 drop of oil.
-
Mix evenly with your hands, remember to wash your hands.
-
Prepare a small bowl of water and you're good to go.
-
Pick a piece of meat and put it in the middle of the wonton wrapper, and apply some water on both ends of the diagonal line. I applied it because my skin was a bit dry. Fresh skin does not need to be painted.
-
Fold in half and glue the corners tightly
-
Fold the corners on both sides inwards along your fingers
-
And glue the two corners completely overlapping
-
Finished product. This way the filling doesn’t fall apart and the skin doesn’t break, and it looks good!
-
Put a pot under boiling water and put a few drops of oil in the pot to prevent sticking. Cook until the skin is transparent and ready to serve.
-
Put the shrimps, wontons and wonton soup into the bowl, and sprinkle with a little seaweed. That's it. My family doesn’t like to eat onions, so it would definitely look good if I didn’t add some chopped green onions.
