Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Remove the guts of the cuttlefish and peel off the membrane on the surface.

Cut into strips.

Boil the okra in a pot of boiling water and set aside.

Put the cuttlefish into boiling water and add cooking wine and blanch until cooked.

Drain and set aside.

In a hot pan, stir-fry shredded turmeric over low heat until slightly browned. Add in dried chili pepper and stir-fry.

Then put the cuttlefish in, add soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and stir-fry over high heat for a few times.
