Overview
Summer is coming. Going back to my hometown in the countryside with my brother to experience what it was like as a child, catching shrimp, was too secluded. It was fun to play and even more fun to eat. My husband lamented that he couldn't have time with us, but he was quite satisfied to be able to eat. Let’s take a look at our results

Keep lobsters in water at home for a few days. Change the water frequently, then cut off a little bit of the shell next to the eyes and use something to pick out the swollen parts of the shrimp heads. Don't pick out the yellow lobes. Remove the shrimp intestines from the tail and brush them clean with a toothbrush, and you are ready to cook

Heat the oil, then put all the ingredients into the oil and fry slowly over low heat. Finally, add some light soy sauce to heat, then add the lobster and stir-fry
