Onion and ham sausage bread
Overview
I got the Changdi oven version 3.5 CKTF-32GS. Compared with the one at home, I feel that this one is more suitable for home baking. The new version of the Changdi electric oven is made of stainless steel, which makes it more luxurious. It has six heating tubes and a fan function to heat and color food more evenly. There is also a light inside so that you can see the food at a glance, and the lampshade can also be folded and washed. Before the oven came back, I had not made bread for a long time, so I made the ham sausage bread that my daughter likes. I had made vegetable salad bread before, and she liked it very much. This time I knead the vegetables into the dough and put fried onion shreds on top. Because it was the first time I used it, I didn’t dare to use high temperature. I used 150 degrees and baked it slowly. If the color is very light, increase the temperature and bake it again. If it is baked at once, you can bake it at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.
