I have learned a lot during this time in Meitian. Not only has my cooking improved, but my cheerfulness as a person has also improved a lot. The kelp egg pancake I made for breakfast was very delicious. I am very happy. I will continue to work hard in the future and learn more in Meitian to make more delicious things. Soak the kelp in boiling water the night before, cut the soaked kelp into shredded kelp, wash the chives and cut into minced chives
