Add salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, minced ginger, green onions, and pepper to the pork stuffing, mix well and set aside.

Soak the glutinous rice one day in advance and control the water.

Chop the green onion and ginger finely.

Slice carrots.

Spread on plate.

Take appropriate amount of meat filling.
