Soak Kaiyang (shrimp) in rice wine for 1 hour.

Cut zucchini and carrots into slices. Finely chop onion and ginger. Remove and set aside.

Saute onion and ginger in oil pan.

Let go and stir-fry for a while.

First add the carrot slices and fry for a while.

Add zucchini slices, salt and stir-fry together.
