Prepare all the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Heat oil in a pan, and when the oil is hot, add tofu and fry.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Scoop out first and set aside.

There is base oil in the pot. No need to add any more oil. Put the tomatoes, add salt and stir-fry over high heat. Then add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add minced garlic and white garlic to increase the aroma.

After boiling, add the fried tofu and continue to boil the duck blood over high heat.
