Sharing joys and sorrows
Overview
Simple ingredients, with a little careful presentation, can immediately turn them into gorgeous ones. This dish is simple and similar to twice-cooked pork, but it is different from the seasoning. Since there is bitter melon and sweet noodle sauce, the meat is stir-fried, so I named this dish Sharing the joys and sorrows

Steps
-
Wash and slice the bitter melon and remove the seeds.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of water into a pot and bring to a boil, add two tablespoons of oil, blanch the bitter melon, take it out, and soak it in cold water. This will keep the bitter melon green.
-
Prepare cooked pork belly and cut into slices.
-
Remove the bitter melon and place on a plate.
-
Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
-
Fry the meat slices until the oil comes out and turns a little golden.
-
Add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce and a spoonful of oyster sauce and stir-fry.
-
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry. (If you have a strong taste, you can add an appropriate amount of salt)
-
Finally sprinkle in the chopped green onion and mix well to finish.
-
Finish by placing the meat in the middle of the bitter gourd.
-
Finished product.
