The necessary sauces for fried sauce: dry yellow sauce and sweet noodle sauce.

Take half the package of dry yellow sauce and half the package of sweet noodle sauce and mix them well.

The amount of fat and leanness in the pork depends on your preference.

Dice the soaked dried mushrooms.

Prepare appropriate amount of onion and ginger.

After the oil in the pot is hot, add the fat pork and fry it into pork residue.

Add lean meat, onion, ginger and diced mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add prepared sauce.
