Preparation: One elbow.

Put the elbow into the pot, add cooking wine and ginger slices and blanch them.

Take it out and clean it.

Put it into the rice cooker and add appropriate amount of water and ginger slices.

Close the lid and press the porridge button. It will be completed in one hour by default.

When the time is up, open the lid and use chopsticks to penetrate it.

Let cool and then slice (it’s best to soak it in ice water or put it in the refrigerator for half an hour for a very good taste).

Add Laoganma, black vinegar, and coriander and mix well.
