A very simple but delicious vegetarian dish. The wild rice is tender, the pepper is crispy, one white and one green, really appetizing.

Wash wild rice and pepper

Scrape off the old skin of the wild rice and cut it into hob pieces. Remove the stems and seeds of the pepper and cut it into diamond-shaped pieces

Put oil in the pot, add wild rice cubes, stir-fry over medium heat

When the surface is slightly burnt, add the pepper cubes, continue to stir-fry, sprinkle in soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, stir-fry evenly
