Half a local chicken

Wash the mushrooms and soak them in purified water. Keep the mushroom water

Cut the native chicken into pieces, blanch in water

Pour the fried chicken pieces into the mushroom water and purified water, add onion slices, garlic, ginger slices and wolfberry, and simmer for 30 minutes
