This is a simple and quick home-cooked dish. The fish fillet is made from boneless pangasius fillet. The elderly and children don’t have to worry about fish bones. Fry first and then stew, which takes less time. Added some bean paste, it has a sauce flavor

Slice the basa fish fillet with a diagonal knife.

Add a little salt, pepper and light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
