【Jinhua】Sausage Fried Rice
Overview
The New Year flavor in my hometown. Every year before the Chinese New Year, we make sausages, bacon, and cured fish to mark the coming of the New Year. These are the traditional delicacies of our hometown and have a strong New Year flavor. As soon as the winter solstice passes, I look forward to the New Year. Today, I used my home-made sausage, added carrots, and fried rice. It is nutritious and delicious. It is so delicious~~

Sausage, diced; (the preparation of sausage is in the previous recipe)

Heat a pan, add oil, use kitchen tools, grate in carrots, fry slightly until red oil comes out;

Pour the leftover rice into a large bowl and crush it. If it is too hard, you can add some water first and simmer until it becomes hot and soft;

Then add the chopped sausage, stir-fry, and stir;

Add a little bit of very fresh flavor, about a spoonful, stir and stir-fry; (You don’t need to add salt, because the sausage is already salty.) If you want the rice to be softer, you can add a little water, and then simmer;
