Red pepper and garlic chicken legs
Overview
Sometimes I really can’t think of anything to cook. I cook it every day, swinging a few axes around, and I went to look at Western recipes. I learned this recipe from AllRecipes. Westerners like to use chicken breast as raw material. I like chicken legs, which are not so hot. Westerners like to use a blender to make a paste of the ingredients and spread it on the meat before frying. This dish is made based on the Western method, and it is really good.

Steps
-
Put all the marinade ingredients into a blender, blend into a sauce, and serve in a bowl;
-
Remove the bones from the chicken legs and leave the skin;
-
Put the chicken legs in a large basin, put half of the seasoning sauce you just made, and massage with your hands to let the chicken legs absorb the flavor better. Pack the remaining half in a tight box and put it in the refrigerator;
-
Then put it in a tight bag and put it in the refrigerator overnight;
-
Place the pot on the stove over medium heat, put a little oil to moisten the bottom of the pot, add two pieces of chicken legs, add 3 tablespoons of water, and cover;
-
Open the lid and press the bacon back and forth to fry. The bottom of the meat will be flatter;
-
Fry both sides repeatedly until golden brown on both sides;
-
Finally, prepare the sauce. Use a pot or pot, raise the heat to medium, pour in the remaining seasoning sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/4 cup of water. Stir continuously with a spoon, cook until big bubbles form, turn off the heat, and pour it on the fried chicken legs, ready for consumption.
