  3. Defrost the beef brisket in advance and absorb excess moisture with kitchen paper.

  5. Mix with cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper powder, black peppercorns and cornstarch.

  6. Marinate for about 15 minutes.

  7. Once the pan is hot, add two tablespoons of oil.

  8. First stir-fry the marinated beef brisket until it changes color and then serve out.

  9. After cleaning the pot, add the salad oil again, add the parsley and coriander and stir-fry.
