Wash parsley, remove roots and cut into sections.

Wash the coriander, remove the roots and cut into sections.

Defrost the beef brisket in advance and absorb excess moisture with kitchen paper.

Cut into slightly thin slices.

Mix with cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper powder, black peppercorns and cornstarch.

Marinate for about 15 minutes.

Once the pan is hot, add two tablespoons of oil.

First stir-fry the marinated beef brisket until it changes color and then serve out.

After cleaning the pot, add the salad oil again, add the parsley and coriander and stir-fry.

When the vegetables start to soften, add half a spoonful of salt to taste. Then add the cooked beef brisket, stir-fry evenly and then remove from the pan and serve.

If you don’t like coriander, you can omit the coriander.
