Chicago beef cubes
Overview
This beef cube is made from beef tenderloin used for steak. It is a brand of beef bought in the supermarket. The meat is very tender. Dishes made with it are tender and juicy. Moreover, it is much easier to fry beef cut into small pieces than to fry steak in large pieces. Even a novice can fry beef with good taste by following the method. As for the taste, I chose Chicago steak seasoning today. This seasoning is mainly black pepper and tastes very good. You can also season it according to your favorite taste. The frying method is the same.

Wash a piece of beef tenderloin

Cut into cubes of about 2cm

Add Chicago Steak Seasoning

Add white wine

Mix thoroughly and marinate for 15 minutes

I didn't think the color was enough just adding red and yellow peppers, so I added some green ones. The colors are richer.
