Vegetarian fried dumplings
Overview
Delicious, nutritious and delicious vegetarian fried dumplings. This is a delicious staple food that I learned from my daily diet. I made a slight change to the dish and added eggs, which made it more nutritious. Traditionally stir-fried dumplings are made with whole flour, but here I followed my lead and added cornmeal to make it easier on the stomach and at the same time eat healthier

Steps
-
Fill the basin with flour and cornmeal in a ratio of 8:2.
-
Blanch the cornmeal with boiling water, add cold water and flour and mix into a dough, and cook for 10 minutes.
-
Put away the dishes while making noodles. Cut green peppers, carrots, and onions into shreds and change them to 1 inch long.
-
After the dough is ready, roll it into thin strips with a diameter of about 1cm.
-
Cut into small pieces.
-
Boil water in a pot, add the dumplings and cook until there are no hard cores.
-
Remove and set aside. (You can run it through cold water)
-
Put oil in a non-stick pan and fry the eggs first. (I was too lazy to use a wok, so I used a small non-stick pan. Use the same method as a wok) Push the eggs to one side, add carrot segments and stir-fry until soft, then add green peppers.
-
Add the onion segments and stir-fry, and add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper
-
Stir all ingredients together. Pour in the cooked dumplings.

Stir well.

Pour it out, top with tomato sauce and enjoy.
