Hot and sour shrimp
Overview
The hot and sour flavored shrimp is very popular during the Chinese New Year. It is a combination of tomato sauce and sweet and sour sauce. It has a hint of spiciness through the sweet and sour taste. It tastes great.

Trim off the shrimp whiskers and wash them

Prepare minced garlic, tomato sauce and sweet and sour chili sauce

Remove the shrimp threads

Heat the oil in the pot to 7 minutes, pour in the shrimp and fry until both sides change color

Cook in the rice wine and take it out of the pot
